Digital Delivery Policy

All deliverables from Medicolegal Expert — including written advisory opinions, Medico-Legal Assessment Reports, and institutional audit reports — are delivered exclusively in digital format via email to the registered email address provided at the time of case intake.

Tier 1 and Tier 2 deliverables are typically dispatched within 5–7 working days of receipt of complete documents and payment confirmation. Tier 3 and Tier 4 timelines are communicated at the time of engagement based on case complexity. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays in Delhi, India.

Delivery is deemed complete upon dispatch of the deliverable to the registered email address. It is the client's responsibility to ensure the registered email address is accurate and accessible. Medicolegal Expert is not responsible for non-receipt due to incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or email service issues on the client's end.

In the event of non-receipt due to a verified technical failure on our end, we will re-dispatch the deliverable at no additional charge upon written request within 7 days of the original dispatch date.

Deliverables are provided in PDF format. No physical copies are dispatched. The client is responsible for printing or storing the deliverable as required for their legal proceedings.

Digital deliverables are provided for the exclusive use of the engaging client for the specific matter for which they were commissioned. Reproduction, distribution, or use for any other purpose requires prior written consent from Dr. Himanshu Vats.
